ITS Helpdesk provides support for "On Campus" systems, including Datatel, Computers,
Network (printing, file storage), E-mail, and Phones.
On Campus Students: Submit a
Ticket *Please make sure to include your full name and contact information.
Students - ITS Helpdesk supports the following student areas "on campus": Hegel Hall, N. Rim Apts, PC Lab, Library PC Lab, and all campus wireless.
*Resident students are required to use the GCU virus protection - if you do not have this installed please submit a ticket.
On Campus Staff/Faculty: Submit a Ticket *Please use your computer network login username and password to submit a Helpdesk ticket.
Include the domain name "canyon" followed by a backslash - ex: canyon\username.
